Grilled Salmon

I made this for dinner tonight & it was so good. Ryan, who is not a big fan of fish, loved it and had seconds! This is really easy to make. I got this recipe off of the Kraft Foods website.

Recipe:
1/2 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 salmon fillet (2 lb), 1 inch thick (you can adjust the proportions for the size fillet that you have)

PREHEAT grill/BBQ to medium heat. Mix dressing, parsley and tomatoes; set aside. Place fish on grill; cover grill with lid.

GRILL 10 min. Brush with dressing mixture; continue grilling 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
