Italian Cheese Bread

This is Ryan's all-time favorite bread! It goes great with any pasta dish. It is really easy and is really tasty.

Ingredients: (bread)
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp quick rise yeast
1 cup warm water (120-130 degrees)
1 TBS. vegetable oil

Ingredients: (topping)
1/3 cup Italian dressing (I use Tuscan House Italian)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried thyme
dash of pepper
1 tsp. parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
In a bowl, combine first 4 bread ingredients. Combine water & oil, add to flour mixture. Add additional flour if needed to form dough. (I use my KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook to kneed). Kneed for 1-2 minutes or until smooth & elastic. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover & let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Punch the dough down; place on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet & pat into a 12 in circle. Brush with salad dressing. Combine the seasonings; sprinkle over top. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
