German Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients:
2 Devil's food cake mixes
4 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1-2 containers coconut pecan frosting

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.  In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mixes, eggs, and oil.  Beat with a mixer on low until completely combined, batter will be very stiff.  Make 1" balls and line on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fingers.  Bake for 8-10 minutes.  Once fully cooled, spread frosting on half of the cookies and top with another cookie.  Store in the refrigerator or may be frozen for up to 3 months.
